MILLRANEY, Betty Joyce - McMinnville resident and Marion County, TN native Betty Joyce Millraney, age 74, was born July 3, 1935 and died February 8, 2010 at her residence following a brief illness. A homemaker and member of the Mt. View Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Edna Marie Pitman Tanner. She was married to Joe B. Millraney who preceded her in death June 27, 1998. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Emma Tanner, Thelma Cooke and Lillian Stanga and two brothers, Samuel Houston Tanner and Bo Tanner. She is survived by four daughters and son-in-law, Vickie Millraney, Gail Millraney, Judy and Paul Williamson and Stella Patrick all of McMinnville; step-son, Wayne Upton of Morrison, TN; three grandchildren, Joey Williamson and wife Shaina of Spencer, TN and Linnsay Williamson and Alyssa Millraney both of McMinnville; great-grandchild, Jayden Walling of Spencer, TN; special friend, Georgia Roberts of McMinnville and brother and sister-in-law, Hubert and Mary Ann Tanner of Marion County, TN. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2010 in High's Chapel with Joe Solomon officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery (Hwy. 30). Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at High's. |

PEASE, Tony - McMinnville resident and Warren County native Tony Pease, age 29, was born June 29, 1980 and died February 7, 2010 at River Park Hospital following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was an employee of Yorozu Automotive. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Gail Pease; sister, Susan Marie Perrigan and special friend, Grady McBride. He is survived by two children, Ashley and Anthony Pease both of Spencer, TN; father and step-mother, Louis and Beatrice Pease of McMinnville; step-father, Ricky Thomas of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Timmy and Tiffany Pease of McMinnville; sister, Veronica Perrigan of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Pansy Marie Perrigan, Joseph Michael Perrigan, Jose Morales, Jr., Tiffany Perrigan, Kensie Lashae Pease, Timothy Dwain Edward Pease and Eric Dillan Pease; great-niece, Jadelynn Perrigan; great-nephew, Quintavian Lewis Perrigan and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2010 in High's Chapel with Steve Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. until time of service Thursday at High's. |
