Ailene Moore SCOTT

McMinnville resident and Booneville, MS native Ailene Moore Scott, age 84, was born December 2, 1922 and died January 29, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, GA. A homemaker and a member of the Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Effie Harp Moore. She was married to Roy L. Scott, Sr. who preceded her in death May 22, 1978. She is survived by one son, Roy L. Scott, Jr. of Acworth, GA; two granddaughters, Ashley and Lindsey Scott both of Acworth, GA and sister, Pauline Bolt of Booneville, MS. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 in High's Chapel with Harry Green officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
