Irene H. BONNER

McMinnville resident and Summitville, TN native Irene H. Bonner age 96, was born March 20, 1913 and died August 11, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness. A housekeeper at the Brown Hotel and longtime member of East End Dr. Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Safely Lee. She was married to William N. Bonner who preceded her in death. She is survived by one son, Thomas N. Bonner of McMinnville; nephew, Larry Hudson of Chattanooga, TN; niece, Yvonne Hudson of Chattanooga, TN and special friend, Roxann Blair. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009 in High's Chapel with Phillip Smith, Jr. and George King, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
