Linda Faye BREWER

McMinnville resident and Cannon County, TN native Linda Faye Brewer, age 65, was born September 27, 1944 and died November 15, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired beautician and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Noma Beatrice Powell Murphy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Randall Murphy. She was married to Ronnie Brewer of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Teresa Jones and Pam Earls both of McMinnville; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Olivene Smith of Woodbury, TN, Joyce Malott of Michigan and Carolyn Amonette of McMinnville; brother, Phillip Murphy of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Fall Creek Cemetery in Grundy County, TN.
