Gracie Elizabeth PASSONS

McMinnville resident and White County, TN native Gracie Elizabeth Passons, age 70, was born January 19, 1940 and died April 27, 2010 at St. Thomas Hospital following a brief illness. A retired employee of A.O. Smith and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Mary Lou Lawrence Hayes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Morgan and Junior Hayes. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Sandra Passons of McMinnville and sister, Louise Wanamaker of Grundy County, TN. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 in High's Chapel with Corey Wanamaker officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
