Clara Mae Glenn

McMinnville resident and DeKalb County, TN native Clara Mae Glenn, age 106, was born October 6, 1906 and died March 8, 2013 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. Mrs. Glenn was a homemaker and member of the Berea Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, James David and Zera Florence Robison Green; husbands, Charles Roberts and Franklin Glenn; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by one step-daughter, Annie Ellen Cannon of Rock Island, TN; step-daughter-in-law, Audrey Cline Mullican and husband Chuck of McMinnville; step-grandchildren and their spouses, Benny and Vanessa Cannon and Glen and Kathy Cannon of Rock Island, TN, Gena and J.R. Hendrix of Cookeville, TN, Andy and Jamie Glenn of Soddy Daisy, TN, Gay and Lannie Burger of Woodbury, TN and Barry and Pat Glenn of Jackson, TN; several step-great-grandchildren, step-great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 in High's Chapel with Richard Bowman and Chuck Mullican officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery @ Bluff Springs. Visitation will be held from 2:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday and 9:00 a.m. until time of service Monday at High's.
