Hazel Faye Hawkins

McMinnville, TN resident and Siler City, NC native Hazel Faye Hawkins, age 74, was born March 24, 1942 and died July 31, 2016 at her residence following a sudden illness. A retired CNA, she was the daughter of the late Lonie B. and Alta Green Nixon Hawkins. She is survived by two nieces, Kathryn Miller and Betty Harmon both of McMinnville; and several great-nieces and great-nephews and their children. Inurnment will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Bethlehem Cemetery. There will be no visitation or service at High's. Family and friends are to meet at the cemetery.
