Allison Lynn Brewer

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Allison Lynn Brewer, age 53, was born September 6, 1972 and died suddenly January 19, 2026 at her residence.

A cosmetologist at Illusion’s Hair Salon, she was the daughter of Steve and Susan Phillips, both of McMinnville, TN.

Allison was married to Jason Tyler Brewer on October 28, 1997 who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Brewer was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, W. L. and Christine Cooper; paternal grandparents, A.L. and Mildred Phillips; uncle, Gary Cooper and dogs, Paddy, Kaley, JC and Bumper.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by sons, Joshua (Mary) Wanamaker and Garridan (Samantha) Brewer, both of McMinnville, TN; brother, Steven (Kim) Phillips of Knoxville, TN; aunts and uncles, Susie and Chuck Taylor, Lisa and Chuck Clanton; in-laws, Gary and Donna Brewer and Jayne Paris; brother-in-law, Brandon (Meagan) Paris; niece, Kaitlyn Paris; cousins, John, Emily, Sarah, MaCall, Katie, Keely, Hannah Taylor and Jordan (Drew) Leach and beloved dogs, Dali, Nelly, Nala and Jimi.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2026 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County with Jimmy Haley officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at High’s.
