Angela Michelle Frazier

McMinnville, TN resident and Wheatfield, IL native Angela Michelle Frazier, age 36, was born March 18, 1989 and died August 28, 2025 at Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN following a sudden illness.

Angela was preceded in death by grandparents, great-grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her mother, Kimberly Mickelsen Reed of McMinnville, TN; grandfather, Terry Mickelsen of Lonway, SC; sister, Amberleigh McCormick of Morrison, TN; niece, Azalia Hope Hillis; nephew, William Corey Myers; uncles, Ben C. (Cathy) Mickelsen and Aaron "Munchie" (Susan) Mickelsen; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and fiancé, Jonathan Pease.

Visitation will be Monday, September 1, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Per her wishes, Ms. Frazier will be cremated.
