Brenda Ann McMillen

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Brenda Ann McMillen, age 74, was born May 11, 1951 and died January 23, 2026 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN following a brief illness. 

A member of First United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Francis Elmer and Annie Mae Pack Green. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Christopher Glen Brooks; brothers, Wilburn Leon Green, James Green and David Green and sisters, Frances Marie Hobbs and Wanda Faye Johnson. 

Ms. McMillen is survived by son, Kelly Ray Brooks of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Will and Ben Brooks; sister, Rosa Driver of Viola, TN; nieces and nephews, David Holt, Tim West, Tina Hopkins, Derrick Green, Darrell Green and Joe Green and special friends, Connie Winton, Peggy Prifogle and Susie Smith.

Per her wishes, Ms. McMillen will be cremated. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in High's Chapel with Ryan Heatherly officiating. The family will receive visitors on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
