McMinnville resident and Warren County native Brenda Faye Myers, age 81, was born December 4, 1943 and died June 1, 2025 at her residence following a brief illness.
A homemaker and caregiver, she was the daughter of the late Elisha and Hallie Bouldin Roberts and attended Freedom Life Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Tommy Myers, Jr.; eight siblings, Connie Roberts, L.C. Roberts, Roy Roberts, Joyce Priest, Willie Martin, Lillian Padgett, Mary Shelton and Shirley Adcock and best friend, Judy Bess.
Brenda was married to Tommy Myers, Sr. of McMinnville on November 12, 1960. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Debra (Kenny) Thompson of McMinnville; eight grandchildren, T.J. Black, Mathew (Shelby) Black, Micah (Ashley) Black, Clayton (Hannah) Myers, Ty Myers, Keith Thompson, Joshua (Jenn) Thompson and Jessica (Justin) Robinson; nine great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Chrystal Myers of McMinnville; numerous nieces and nephews and special caregiver, Rhonda Drake.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2025 in High’s Chapel with Anthony Campbell and Johnny Newby officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
