David Brooks Palmer, known to friends and family as Brooks, 34, of McMinnville, TN passed away on September 26th.
Brooks was predeceased by his father, Steven Palmer.
He is survived by his mother, Jill Palmer, his two sisters, Taylor (TJ) Robison, Bailey, and his niece Scarlett.
A Celebration of Life will be held at High Funeral Home, in McMinnville, TN on October 22nd at 11am-2pm.
