Carol Crouch

Warren County resident and native Carol Crouch, age 78, was born July 13, 1948 and died September 24, 2026 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro following an extended illness. 

A former Tool and Die Maker with Nuturn in Smithville and a member of Smartt Assembly of God, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Donnie Mason Blair. In addition to her parents, she was preceded ind death by her nephew, Michael Woods, Jr. 

Ms. Crouch is survived by son, James (Leah) Crouch of McMinnville; grandchildren, Angela (Tyler) Ludwig, James Crouch, II, Kaylee (Pablo) Garcia, Logan Furey and Kade Campbell, all of McMinnville; great-grandchildren Cash Emberton, Tucker Ludwig, Cooper Ludwig, Maylee Ludwig, Tanner Crouch, Athena Crouch and Arabella Garcia; brother, Walter (Roxanne) Blair of McMinnville and sister, Peggy (Mike) Woods of McMinnville. 

Graveside service and interment will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Nathan Thomison officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. at High's.
