Carol Ann McCormack

McMinnville resident and Chicago, IL native Carol Ann McCormack, age 82, was born July 26, 1942 and died April 27, 2025 at her residence following a brief illness.

Mrs. McCormack was an employee of Century Electric for over 20 years and a member of Madison Street Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Marie Anderson Harkins. She was married to Billy Dean McCormack on September 14, 1963 who preceded her in death on March 24, 2022. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Thomas Peach; grandson, Tommy Peach and brother, James Harkins.

Mrs. McCormack is survived by daughter, Barbara Ann McCormack of McMinnville; grandchildren, Christina Black (Corey) and Nickolas Peach; special daughter-in-law, Sue; sister, Ina Johnson of Yorkville, IL; several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Harbin Williams, Glenda Holland and Virginia Hendricks and brother-in-law, Sonny McCormack.

Mrs. McCormack was a loving, kind wife, mother and friend who loved her Lord and her family.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in High’s Chapel with Harlen Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
