Carol Tatum

Carol Tatum, age 68, a McMinnville, TN resident and Fairfield, Alabama native was born October 11, 1951 and passed away on October 28, 2019 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired registered nurse, and a member of First Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Lee and Mildred Evelyn Ray Varden. Mrs. Tatum is survived by husband, Timathon Clay Tatum of McMinnville, TN; two daughters, Jennifer Tatum, McMinnville, TN, and Tricia Tatum, Caldwell, TX; one son, Bryan Tatum and companion, Kacie Pease and children; one grandchild, Austin Burton; brother and spouse, Paul (Marilyn) Varden, Bessemer, AL; one nephew, Daniel Varden, Childersburg, AL; many family and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of McMinnville with Jeff Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
