Cathy Jane Fults

Smithville, TN resident and Dearborn, MI native Cathy Jane Fults, age 77, was born September 8, 1948 and died November 20, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.

A retired employee of AO Smith, she was the daughter of the late Merle Cunningham and Pauline Rackley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Paula Armstrong and Patsy Fay Cunningham; brother, Stan Moilemann and son-in-law, James Grosch.

Ms. Fults is survived by children, Jeffery Allen (Lynn) Fults of Kingsport, TN, Michelle (Eric) Holt of Morrison, TN and Lacey Grosch (Phillip Haston) of Smithville, TN; grandchildren, Brittany, Erica, Brandon, India, Chase, Sybil, Kassey and Lacy; three great-grandchildren; sister, Darlene (James) Burd of Goodlettsville, TN; several nieces and nephews and beloved hedgehog, Barney.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025 in High’s Chapel with Tasha Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
