Charles Campbell

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Charles Campbell, age 84, was born August 28, 1937 and died November 10, 2021 following a brief illness. A retired logger and mechanic at Aqua Tech and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Roy and Bertha Reed Campbell. He was married to Vada Neal in 1962 who preceded him in death on February 10, 2015. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by son, Nicky Campbell; six brothers, Lillard Campbell, J.P. Phillips, Tommy Campbell, Grayson Campbell, Roy Campbell, Jr., and Jackie Campbell; and three sisters, Mary Ellen Campbell, Jewell Dean Campbell, and Jeanne Ma Kennedy. Mr. Campbell is survived by daughter, Paula Campbell (James Sparks) of Sparta, TN; two grandchildren, Hal Laws of Shelbyville, TN and Lauren (Kenny) Sparks of Sapulpa, OK; three great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Sparks, Rylee Sparks, and Katelyn "K.K." Sparks; sister, Ola Marie Alley of McMinnville, TN; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 14, 2021 in High’s Chapel with Dennis Kimmery officiating.
