Charlotte Elaine Howard

McMinnville, TN resident and Miami, FL native Charlotte Elaine Howard, age 76, was born August 20, 1947 and died March 4, 2024 in Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing following an extended illness.

A member of Centertown United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Charles Lewis McCracken and Nyla Elzona Collier Cooper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Larry Howard and brother, Chuck McCracken.

Survivors include sister, Penny Raymond; nieces and nephews, Stephen Wade, Bo McCracken and Tammy McCracken Cantrell and sister-in-law, Connie McCracken.

Funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2024 in High’s Chapel with Robin Hornbuckle to officiate. Interment will follow in Seitz Cemetery in Spencer, TN. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at High’s.
