Clarence Ireland Curtis

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Clarence Ireland Curtis, age 87, was born September 26, 1937 and died December 7, 2024 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.

A United States Army veteran, retired machinist with Dezurik and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Haskell Jacob and Ethel Ella Curtis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Raymond and Charles Curtis and sisters, Louise Bost and Lucille Hinkle.

He was married to Patricia Ann Curtis of McMinnville, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Ireland Dwayne (Rhonda Dodd) Curtis, Nicky Douglas Finger, Dwayne Darrel Finger and Julie Diane (Terry Melton) Myers, all of McMinnville; grandchildren, Jason Finger, Sean Finger, Brianna Finger, Tiffany (Chris) Mcllvain, Julisa Myers, Jacob (Kaitlyn Jones) Myers; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
