Clareta Mae Wilcher

Clareta Mae Wilcher, age 85, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died October 1, 2021 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. She was a retired Teachers Aide with the Warren County School System, a lifelong member of the Church of Christ, and the daughter of the late Lester and Enzi Hillis McBride. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Charles Herman Wilcher, and great-grandson Hayden Wilcher. Mrs. Wilcher is survived by sons Randal (Adele) Wilcher of Brentwood and Charles Wilcher of Tracy City; grandchildren James Dillon Wilcher of Nashville, John Paul Wilcher of Nashville, Annelise Caldwell of Nashville, Laura Beth Henninger of Nashville and Charles Herman Wilcher III of McMinnville; sister Carolyn Faye McBride of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service and interment will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County. There will be no visitation at High's.
