Danita Jane Lyle Garza

Smithville, TN resident and Warren County native Danita Jane Lyle Garza, age 57, was born June 27, 1967 and died April 24, 2025 at her residence.

A homemaker and member of the Pentecostal church, she was the daughter of the late Robert Howard and Juanita Erwin Lyle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Joshua Carter.

She was married to Juan Martin Garza of Smithville, TN. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Garza is survived by sons, Chris (Shannan) Carter of McMinnville and Devin Carter of Smithville, TN; grandchildren, Braxton, Alyssa, Elijah, Ladrian, Gabriel, Thomas and Wesley Carter; brothers, Ronnie (Sandra) Lyle of Gruetli-Laager, TN and Timmy (Donna) Lyle of McMinnville; sister, Tammy France of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Holly (Bobby) Parks, Beth (Daniel) Cagle, Amber (Steven) Dennis, Daniel Lyle, Alisha France, Dustin France, Casey France and Hayley Haldner and several cousins.

Per Mrs. Garza’s wishes, she will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
