Danny Clay Martin

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, Danny Clay Martin, age 62, was born March 2, 1960 and died August 6, 2022 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN following a sudden illness. A retired realtor and contractor and a member of Westwood Church of Christ, he was the son of Sam Martin, Jr. of McMinnville, TN and the late Gerry Martin. He was married to Keri Martin of McMinnville, TN on February 18, 1987. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by granddaughter, Kenley Raine Morton and father-in-law, Chuck Priest. In addition to his wife and father, Mr. Martin is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Lindsey Shea (Daniel) Brinson of Huntsville, AL and Kaci Rhea (Dillion) Morton of McMinnville, TN; nine grandchildren, Keagan, Kade, Kylie, Kolton, Ella, Kason, Charlotte, Kash and J-Byrd; sister and brother-in-law, Kay (Tommy) Foster of McMinnville, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Ray (Chandra) Martin of McMinnville, TN; two aunts, Martha Martin of West Virginia and Juanita King of McMinnville, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins; mother-in-law, Jean “MiMi” Priest of McMinnville, TN and sister-in-law, Amy (Rodney) Robinson of McMinnville, TN. Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Smyrna Cemetery in Warren County, TN with Pastor Jeff Owens, Steve Harvey and Josh Winfree. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at High Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
