David James Leonheart

Rock Island, TN resident and Meadville, PA native, David James Leonhart, age 78, was born July 9, 1944 and died October 2, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following a brief illness. A retired heavy machine operator from Highways, Inc., he was the son of the late George and Norma Himes Leonheart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Alliene Wilson. Mr. Leonheart is survived by daughter, Tracey Payne of McMinnville, TN; brother, George Leonheart, II of Lionsville, PA; step-son, Jerry Patrick of McMinnville, TN and grandchildren, Kim Payne, Travis Payne and Samantha Payne.
