Donald Calvin Terry

McMinnville, TN resident and Dekalb County, TN native Donald Calvin Terry, age 89, was born January 12,1933 and died April 21,2022 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville, TN following a brief illness. Mr. Terry was a United States Navy Korea era veteran and graduate of Tennessee Tech University. He was a retired engineer with Oster Corporation, former co-owner of Tri-Tech Molding and a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was the son of the late Felix and Shelby West Terry. He was married to Frankie Neal Terry of McMinnville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by first wife, Maxine Young Terry and son, Gary Terry. In addition to his wife, Mr. Terry is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Staphana and Billy Gay of McMinnville, TN; two grandchildren, Brittany Wilhoite of Shelbyville, TN and Travis Gay and fiancee’, Maggie Wibright of Nashville, TN; two great-grandchildren, Madison Wihoite and Katie Wihoite and step-daughter, Donna Casey Davis of Corpus Christi, TX. Graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County, TN with Sommer Worley officiating.
