Donna Dunlap McBride

Sparta, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Donna Dunlap McBride, age 78, was born July 24, 1943 and died September 14, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. A retired inspector from Wagner, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Wilma Hillis Dunlap. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Bronson McBride; sister, Judy Smartt; and brother, Dewey Dunlap. Ms. McBride is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Abbie and Wayne Barnes of the Bluff Springs Community and Dana and Matt Carson of Sparta, TN; two granddaughters, Layla Carson and Halie Martin; one grandson, Bronson McBride, Jr.; brother and sister-in-law, Miles "Bub" and Ruthie Dunlap of Rock Island, TN; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2021 in High’s Chapel with Jeff Randolph officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Warren County, TN.
