Doris Susan Briest

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Doris Susan Briest, age 75, was born November 27, 1946 and died December 31, 2021. She was a homemaker and the daughter of the late Joe and Virginia Raper Martin. Ms. Briest is survived by two children, Dane Briest and Rochelle Briest; six grandchildren, Luke Briest, Chelsea (Nick) Simmons, Bailey (Taylor) Briest, Katey Harris, Olivia Snyder, and Lili-Ann Briest; six great-grandchildren, Harrison, Aria, Ellis, Raelan, Jayten, and Zayne; daughter-in-law, Misty Briest; and two cousins, Jimmy Haley and Jackie Matheny also survive. Ms. Briest was cremated. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Campaign, TN (421 Friendship Road) with Jackie Matheny, Jimmy Haley, and Rochelle Briest officiating.
