Dortha Lou Myers

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Dortha Lou Myers, age 74, was born November 13, 1951 and died August 13, 2026 at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness. 

A former employee of Federal Mogul and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Minnie Lou Manus McDowell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, James McDowell and nephew, Michael Farley. 

Mrs. Myers is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth Myers of McMinnville; daughter, Betty (Steve) Reagan of McMinnville; grandchildren, Steven Reagan and Katie Reagan; great-grandchildren, Mason and Maverick Reagan; sister, Jennie (Paul) Farley of McMinnville; brother-in-law, Bill Myers and special nephew, Corey Farley. 

Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2026 in High's Chapel with Randall Gann officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at High’s.
