Earl Wayne Curtis

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native Earl Wayne Curtis, age 64, was born November 1, 1957 and died February 2, 2022 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN following a sudden illness. A farmer, he was the son of the late Charles Earl and Annie Ellen Prater Curtis. He was married to Millicent LaRue. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sister, Sue Ellen Curtis. Mr. Curtis is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Abee Wayne and Tiffany Curtis of McMinnville, TN; two grandchildren, Lakelynn and Karsyn Curtis, brother and sister-in-law, Lee and Gail Curtis of McMinnville, TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patti and Russell Barnes, Vicki and Roger Grieves, and Lisa and Dexter Wells all of McMinnville, TN; special aunt, Eva Sue Bouldin of McMinnville, TN; uncle, William and Linda Prater of McMinnville, TN; aunt, Kathy and Kelly Hodges of Atlanta, GA; special friend, Lois Saladine of McMinnville, TN; several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 in Bascom Cemetery, Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at High Funeral Home. No visitation will be held at High’s on Saturday, friends and family are to meet at the cemetery.
