Garry Howard Tubb

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, Garry Howard Tubb, age 72, was born April 13, 1950 and died May 14, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. A retired truck driver, he was the son of the late Howard and Melba Northcutt Tubb. He was married to Debbie Smith Tubb of McMinnville, TN on July 31, 1991. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Travis “Bubba” Steakley. In addition to his wife, Mr. Tubb is survived by son, Brent (April Watson) Tubb of McMinnville, TN; daughter, Lori (Bradley) Hendrix of Dowelltown, TN; five grandchildren, Dylan and Christopher Tubb of McMinnville, TN, Jailyn Bolding of Dowelltown, TN and Jacob and Jon Hendrix, both of Dowelltown, TN; sister, Bonny Brandon of McMinnville, TN and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Per Mr. Tubb’s wishes he will be cremated. Graveside service and inurnment will be announced at a later date. No visitation or service will be held at High Funeral Home.
