Gary Glenn Choate

McMinnville, TN resident and Roanoke, VA native Gary Glenn Choate, age 78, was born November 14, 1946 and died September 2, 2025 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness.

A United States Marine Corps veteran of Vietnam and retired Manager of Shell Oil Company, he was the son of the late Bill and Bernice Wilkerson Choate.

He was married July 22, 1970 to Eileen Lenore of McMinnville, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by special friends, James Pack (Ashley Pelfrey) of McMinnville, TN.

Per his wishes, Mr. Choate will be cremated. There will be no service or visitation held at High’s.
