McMinnville resident and Warren County native Glenna Michele Adcock, age 51, was born January 13, 1972 and died August 1, 2023 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN following an extended illness.
A hairdresser, teachers assistant and member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Glynn and Louise Womack of McMinnville. She was preceded in death by daughter, Lakyn Michele Adcock; maternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Alice Terry and paternal grandparents, Bryan and Mattie Womack.
She was married to Stan Adcock of McMinnville on May 21, 1994. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Adcock is survived by three children, Tyla Lakyn Adcock, Trace Stanton Adcock and Tenai Lexa Adcock, all of McMinnville; sister, Terri Majors of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Brooks Majors, Toye Northcutt, Brock Majors, Tia Majors, Austin Meeks and Macie Meeks-Mosier; great nieces and great-nephew, Bryce, Ellis and Aubrey Majors; father-in-law, Joel Adcock of McMinnville; mother-in-law, Shirley Adcock of McMinnville and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Anissa and Kevin Meeks of Smyrna, TN.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Trent Key officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
