James Thomas Peterson

McMinnville resident and Covington, KY native James Thomas Peterson, age 58, was born May 6, 1968 and died June 6, 2026 at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. 

A former welder with Miller Industries and of the Christian faith, he was the son of the late Mitchell Joel Peterson, Sr. and the late Linda Lou Hall Khan. 

Mr. Peterson is survived by his siblings, Mitchell (Kim) Peterson, Jr., Kenneth (Rachel) Peterson and Claudette Wood, all of McMinnville; longtime girlfriend, Marchale Silvers of McMinnville, nieces, Linda Wood and Harley Peterson and nephew, Isaac Wood. 

Per his wishes, Mr. Peterson will be cremated.
