Jo Ann Kell

Jo Ann Kell, age 60, a Sparkmantown Community resident and Spencer, TN native was born December 13, 1958 and passed away June 12, 2019 in NHC Healthcare of Cookeville following an extended illness. She was a secretary for Van Buren County Soil Conservation, member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Leland and Rebecca Sparkman Kell. Ms. Kell was a 1977 Van Buren County High School Graduate and attended Motlow School of Business. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, David and Rose Kell of the Sparkmantown Community; aunts, Grace Kell of Rock Island and Reda Kell of McMinnville; several cousins; and special friends, Kriste Dibrell of Sparta and Amy Rice of Doyle. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Chris Binkley to officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery with Terry Crain to officiate.
