Jorge Wilmer Thompson

McMinnville, TN resident and Guatemala native Jorge Wilmer Thompson, age 66, was born June 26, 1955 and died February 24, 2022 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, TN. A self-employed bakery owner and Seventh-day Adventist, he was the son of the late Zacaria and Cuashi Ruben Thompson. He was married to Nolka Thompson of McMinnville, TN. In addition to his wife, Mr. Thompson is survived by two children, Jermaine Thompson and Jazmine Thompson, both of Miami, FL; one grandson, "J.J." Eutsey, Jr.; four brothers, Edwin Thompson, Dennis Thompson and Roderic Thompson, all of Guatemala and Melvin Thompson of Orlando, FL and nieces and nephews, Eddy, Dean, Oscar, Ana, Raquelita, Mariam, Evelin, Randy, Danni, Carol, Eston and Edwin. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2022 at High Funeral Home. Mr. Thompson will be cremated following the visitation.
