Joyce Elouise Scott

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Joyce Elouise Scott, age 77, was born April 19, 1948, and died October 19, 2025, at NHC McMinnville, following an extended illness. 

A former machine operator with A.O. Smith and a member of First Assembly of God, she was the daughter of the late George M. And Louise Brown Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Larry Brent Scott; sister, Charlene Palmer; brother, Gordon Gilliam; brother-in-law, Jimmy Scott; sister-in-law Patricia Barnes. 

Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband of 51 years, Larry Phillip Scott. She is also survived by sisters, Marla Scott and Darlene (Tom) Campbell; brothers, Doulgas (Kathy) Campbell and Preston Campbell; brother-in-law, Eddie Palmer; special niece, Lori (Mark) Foster; nieces, Rachael Campbell and Kati Myers; nephews, Greg and Rodney Gilliam; great- nieces and nephews, Keighley and Hunter Reed, Aiden Campbell and Macilyn Palmer; special great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler (Haley) Brady, Elizabeth (Jon) Morris, Savannah Foster, Gary (Chastity) Campbell, Craig Palmer and Kayla Campbell; several other nieces and nephews also survive. 

A graveside service and interment will take place at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warren County with Mark Foster officiating. There will be no visitation at High's.
