Laura Jane Certain

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Laura Jane Certain, age 89, was born July 28, 1936 and died October 4, 2025 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness.

A retired employee of Genesco and a member of Freedom Life Church, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Pearl Turner McClain. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Haskell Eugene Lance and daughter, Glenna Marlene Neuber.

Mrs. Certain is survived by children, Charlie (Indy) Certain and Brenda (Greg) Reed. both of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Kylie (Craig) Crowder, Cory Lance, Ashley Elrod, Cain Certain, Rowland Neuber, Gary (Kayla) Milstead, Eli (Day) Certain and Garrett Lance; nine great-grandchildren; brother, James McClain; sisters, Georgia McCorkle and Mae Prater and several nieces and nephews.

Inurnment will be held at a later date in Viola Cemetery.
