Leslie Ray Cummings

Spencer, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Leslie Ray Cummings, age 87, was born October 15, 1938 and died December 17, 2025 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness.

He was a nurseryman and the son of the late John and Ethel Carter Cummings. He was married to Florence King Cummings on March 30, 1967 who preceded him in death. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by daughter, Faye Cummings; brothers, Carl and Jodie Cummings and sisters, Betty Pinkston, Anna Lou Campbell and Alice Watson.

Mr. Cummings is survived by daughter, Joyce Cummings and son, John Cummings, both of Spencer, TN.

Mr. Cummings will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
