Lillie Jennings Tittsworth

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, Lillie Jennings Tittsworth, age 89, was born April 21, 1933 and died November 6, 2022 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness.           

A retired employee from River Park Hospital dietary department and a member of Dark Hollow Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Claud Goebel and Ethel May Hillis Jennings. She was married to David Eugene “Bill” DeLong, K.L. Travis and Fred Tittsworth, all who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by four grandchildren.

Ms. Tittsworth is survived by daughter, Doris (Steve) Hattaway of McMinnville, TN; two sons, Larry (Lesa) DeLong and Billy (Laurie) DeLong, both of McMinnville, TN, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several cousins.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Gary Newby officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.
