Major Brian Stuart Ramsey, U.S. Air Force, Retired

Manchester, TN resident Major Brian Stuart Ramsey, U.S. Air Force, Retired, age 69, was born November 24, 1956 at Langley Air Force Base, VA and died June 17, 2026 in Morrison, TN, alongside his brother, Colonel Keith Warren Ramsey, U.S. Army, Retired. 

A retired Major with the United States Air Force and a Sr. Software Project Manager with Leidos, he was the son of Charles N. Ramsey of Spartanburg, SC and the late Shirley Ann Allen Ramsey.

Major Ramsey was married to Liz Ramsey of Manchester, TN on Sept. 26, 1987. In addition to his father and wife, Major Ramsey is survived by his daughter, Bekah Ramsey of Flagstaff, AZ; brother, Bruce Scott Ramsey of Spartanburg, SC and nieces, Toni (Braeden) Watkins, Dani (Matt) Hall and Emma (Ryan) Ramsey. 

Per his wishes, Major Ramsey will be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at 647 Basham Rd. Morrison, TN 37357.
