Margle Otis Ward, Jr.

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Margle Otis Ward, Jr., age 63, was born February 24, 1959 and died April 24, 2022 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness. A self-employed business owner and member of Gath Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Margle Otis and Ruth Avilee Argo Ward. He was married to Delores Diane Ward who preceded him in death. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brother, Vernon Dale Ward and sisters, Vickie June Eldridge, Sandra Kay Martin and Ruth Ann Rogers. Mr. Ward is survived by children, Jeffery Allen Ward and Jason Otis Ward, both of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Bailee Autumn Rose Ward Joiner of Tyler, TX, Abbie Grace Ward of TN, Hayden Ward and Ryleigh Elizabeth Ward; partner of 28 years, Sherry Tubb of McMinnville, TN; brothers, Michael (Joyce) Ward of Morrison, TN and George Thomas (Frances) Argo of McMinnville, TN and sisters, Joann (Stan) Fults of McMinnville, TN, Jewel Dean Morris of FL, Jane (Donnie) Wright of Cookeville, TN, Joyce (John) Argo of Cookeville, TN, Margie M. Ward of McMinnville, TN and Kay (Melvin) Beecher of Corydon, IN. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
