Marilyn Marie McCarver

Morrison, TN resident and Painesville, OH native Marilyn Marie McCarver, age 67, was born October 16, 1954 and died February 13, 2022 at her residence following a sudden illness. A meat cutter with the AEDC Commissary and member of Smartt Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Harold Horton and Betty Marie Patton. In additiont to her parents, she was preceded in death by uncle and aunt, Allen and Betty Sue Patton. Mrs. McCarver was married November 24, 1978 to Rick McCarver of Morrison, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Josh McCarver of Morrison, TN and Shawn McCarver of McMinnville; three grandchildren, William McCarver, Allison McCarver and Randal McCarver; two brothers, Bob Patton and Ralph (Darlene) Pierce both of McMinnville; sister, Linda (John) Brady of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2022 at Morrison Cemetery with Steve Breedlove officiating. Family and friends will meet at Morrison Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. for the graveside service. There will be no visiation at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made a www.highfuneralhome.com.
