Marlene Kallio

McMinnville, TN resident and Crystal Falls, MI native Marlene Kallio, age 76, was born March 16, 1950 and died June 28, 2026 at her residence following an extended illness.

A nurse aid and of the Lutheran faith, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Sherman and Sophia Elvira Perry Curtiss. She was married to William Henry Kallio in June of 1976 who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Christopher Kallio and sisters, Virginia Karnes and Barbara Ahola.

Mrs. Kallio is survived by two sons, Kenneth Scott Craig (Michael Steely) of McMinnville, TN and Mark (Beth) Kallio of Wisconsin.

Per her wishes, Mrs. Kallio will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
