Mary Frances Argo

McMinnville resident and Warren County native, Mary Frances Argo, age 75, was born September 9, 1950 and died September 8, 2026 at St. Thomas Rutherford following an extended illness. 

A homemaker and member of The Gathering Place, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Sutton and Edna Lois Vanatta Bonner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, George Argo, Sr. and brothers, William W.C. and Robert Carl Bonner. 

Mrs. Argo is survived by children, George (Tracy) Argo, Jr., Ronnie (Donna) Argo, Johnny (Jacklyn) Argo and Brandy Argo, all of McMinnville; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Wayne Bonner and Clarence "Shorty" Bonner; sisters, Barbara Faye Grove and Rita Jane Bonner, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Friday September 11, 2026 in High's Chapel with Bobby Pennington and Kevin Key officiating. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service.
