Michael Eric Cole

Michael Eric Cole, age 42, of Morrison, TN went to be with his heavenly father Monday, December 11, 2023. He was born May 16, 1981 in McMinnville, TN to the late Betty Marie Harmon Wood and Jerry Wayne Cole. He is also preceded in death by his grandmother, Emma Jean McDowell; grandfather, William Albert Harmon; grandfather, Henry Clay Cole; father-in-law: James Bixler; uncle, Donald Brady; niece, Katy McKelvey and close cousin, Daniel Cole.

Michael was of the Baptist faith and worked as a Journeyman/Wireman for IBEW Local 429 “The Brotherhood”. He was a loving husband, dad, son, brother and paw-paw who enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family.

Michael is survived by wife, Tracy Cole; daughters, Maggie Shupe, Nicole Gannon and Hannah Gannon; granddaughters, Haven, Mai, Demi and Ariel; sister, Geneva McKelvey; brother-in-law, John McKelvey; mother-in-law, Terri Bixler; closest friend, Donald "Bubba" Chandler and several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2023 in High’s Chapel in McMinnville, TN with Bro. John McKelvey officiating. Burial will follow at Grange Hall Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.
