Nancy Elizabeth Tucker

McMinnville resident and Berwyn, IL native Nancy Elizabeth Tucker, age 83, was born March 19, 1940 and died surrounded by her dogs on February 7, 2024 at her residence following a short illness. A homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Parish, she was the daughter of the late William and Janet Walsh O’Donnell. She was married to Charles Tucker on January 20, 1960 who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by granddaughter, Emma Tucker. Mrs. Tucker is survived by daughters, Cindy Kennamer of McMinnville, Teresa Tucker (Robert Little) and Donna (Jason) Rangel, both of Illinois and Susan (Len) Mathe of Iowa; son, Charles Tucker, Jr. (Michelle Lee) of Illinois; eight grandchildren, Alec Naessens of Virginia, Michael Kennamer (Lilly Ponce) of Chattanooga, TN, Christopher Tucker of Iowa, Nicholas Kennamer (Torie Knibbs) of Chattanooga, TN, Ryan Pierce of New Mexico, Katy (Ryan) Casey of Kentucky, Joseph (McKenzie) Pierce of Iowa and Syndey (DuJuan) Cherry of Wisconsin and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Modell Funeral Home Chapel with mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Parish with interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 16, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Avenue, Darien, IL.
