Patricia Kay Crouch Smartt

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Patricia Kay Crouch Smartt, age 69, was born January 12, 1957 and died June 15, 2026 at her residence following an extended illness.

Owner of The Lockshop, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Evelyn Pearl Young Crouch. She was married to Jimmy Allen Smartt in June of 1973 who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Smartt is survived by sister, Elizabeth Hamilton of McMinnville, TN; brothers-in-law, Kenny (Tina) Smartt of Coalmont, TN and Anthony (Shorty) Smartt and Jeffery Price Smartt, both of the Northcutts Cove community and nephews, Jeremy Hamilton, Joel Anthony Smartt, Cody Smartt and Mason Smartt.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 21, 2026 in High’s Chapel with Jeremy Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at Northcutts Cove Mormon Cemetery in Grundy County, TN. Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
