McMinnville, TN resident and Nashville, TN native Paul Dewey Prince, age 90, was born June 15, 1936 and died August 8, 2026 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN following an extended illness.
A Korean War veteran of the United States Army, a welder and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Asa and Elizabeth Gray Prince. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Suzanne Mangrum and siblings, Ralph Prince, Bill Prince, Alec Prince, Walter Prince and Helen Orr.
Paul was married to Christine Powell Keaton Prince of McMinnville, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by step-daughter, Rhonda Keaton of Nashville, TN; grandsons, Jeremy Franceschini (Brooks) of Burns, TN and Jared Franceschini of White Bluff, TN; great-grandson, Brady Franceschini of Burns, TN; sister, Lillian Lee of Knoxville, TN; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Prince of Nashville, TN and Oma Jean Jones and Bobbie Powell, both of McMinnville, TN; brother-in-law, Marlin Keaton of McMinnville, TN and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2026 in High’s Chapel with Greg Rains officiating. Burial will follow at Armstrong Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
