McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native Ronnie Wayne McBride, age 71, was born July 22, 1952 and died June 24, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness.

A member of the Tennessee Army National Guard and retired employee of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, CVE Division, he was the son of the late Dave and Cleo McBride. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Eugene McBride.

Mr. McBride was married June 12, 1993 to Debbie Nunley McBride of McMinnville who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Toby (Jennifer) McBride and Holly McBride both of McMinnville; grandchildren, David (Kayla) McBride, Marli McBride and Maci McBride; step-children, Josh (Chantel) Bilyeu and Shannon (Joey) Smith both of McMinnville and Heather (Shawn) Ward of Sparta, TN and all of their loving children; brother, Johnny (Angie) McBride of McMinnville; sisters, Sue (Mike) Rosenbum of Antioch, TN, Hassie (Steve) Short of North Carolina and Betty (Mark) Superstein of Manchester, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Jeremy Kliewer to officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at High's. Full military honors will be administered by American Legion Post 173 and VFW Post 5064. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McMinnville Special Games.
