Ruby Mae Perkins Maynard

McMinnville, TN resident and Lebanon, TN native Ruby Mae Perkins Maynard, age 77, was born February 9, 1948 and died September 19, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.

A homemaker and of the Baptist faith, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Daisy Blair Perkins. She was married to Sam B. Maynard on May 23, 1965 who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Samuel Maynard; brother, Jerry Perkins and sister, Betty Forkum.

Mrs. Maynard is survived by daughter, Tammy (George) Stinnett of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Brittany (Billy) Schreck of Hillsboro, TN and Sammy Maynard of Lafayette, TN; great-grandchildren, Mason, Liam and Carter; siblings, James Perkins, Emma Ferebee, Evie Perkins, Jim Perkins and Tony Perkins and several nieces and nephews.

Per Mrs. Maynard’s wishes, she will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
