Shirley Ruth Lane

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Shirley Ruth Lane, age 89, was born December 9, 1933 and died August 18, 2023 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired operator with General Telephone and member of the Oasis Church, she was the daughter of the late James Claude and Mattie Ruth Weatherford Lane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, James Claude Lane, Jr. Ms. Lane is survived by one nephew, Michael Bruce Lane of Cookeville, TN. Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, 2023 at Old Bybee Cemetery in Warren County with Steve Breedlove officiating.
